教育经历：1989.09-1993.06，内蒙古林学院林学专业 本科；1996.09-1999.06，山东大学生态学专业，硕士；2002.09-2006.06，中国海洋大学海洋生物学专业，博士。
工作经历：1993.07-1996.08，山东省三联集团，1999.07-至今，山东科技大学；2009.03-2012.03，山东大学微生物技术国家重点实验室, 博士后。
科研项目
主持完成山东省博士后创新项目(新型深海胶原蛋白酶对胶原蛋白降解机制的研究)和山东省高等学校科技计划(蔗糖: 蔗糖-1-果糖基转移酶在酵母菌细胞表面上的展示及制备蔗果三糖的研究)。目前主持在研横向项目2项(重组OST酶工程菌的研制与开发,海洋微生物的筛选及特色酶基因的克隆)。参与国家自然科学基金、863项目、山东省自然科学基金等项目。
学术成就
博士期间的主要工作为植物基因工程，博士后期间的主要工作为菌株鉴定、基因工程及酶工程。目前的研究工作重点利用微生物进行环境污染物的治理、微生物次生代谢产物、利用基因工程技术进行生物酶应用的相关研究。
