个人简介

郭宵,博士,学术副教授,硕士生导师,长期从事多糖降解酶的资源挖掘、酶学表征、理性设计与分子机制研究。围绕生物质酶解转化,建立了从环境微生物筛选、基因组CAZyme注释到候选基因挖掘的完整体系;完成多个家族酶种的异源表达、纯化及酶学性质表征,在底物谱分析、环境因子响应及产物检测等方面经验丰富。综合运用结构预测、分子对接和分子动力学模拟,结合关键位点突变验证,揭示催化机制与底物选择性规律。主持多项省厅级项目,发表多篇高水平论文。承担《微生物学》《疫苗工程》《微生物学实验》《生物制药专业综合实验》等教学工作。

研究方向

基因挖掘与克隆表达、酶的理性设计及分子机制探究、蛋白表达调控与作用机制研究等。
